Personal Training
I came into rowing late during my sophomore year of high school, with no prior athletic experience. I became obsessed with the sport almost immediately. That obsession turned into a hyperfixation on finding any way to get the most out of every meter I trained, hoping it would make me faster. It did, and in the process, I discovered there’s so much more to rowing than what most youth club teams ever teach.
Over time, I poured countless hours into researching training, anatomy, nutrition, biomechanics, and the science behind how the human body adapts. I tested everything on myself, and within three years of picking up a sport, I was competing at the international and D1 level. Along the way, I’ve helped dozens of other rowers learn the critical information they never knew they needed.
I want to help others because I remember what it felt like to want to improve so badly and feel completely lost on how to do it. Everything I know about rowing, I want to make free, in order to help others in the way I wish I could myself when I started.
All my compiled notes are free, and always will be. I believe this kind of information should be common knowledge and not kept behind a paywall, as many online coaches do. Feel free to reach out with questions, and if you are intersted in more 1 on 1 training, we can discuss.
